Return Policy (30-Day Return Period)

You have a 30-day return window, starting from the date your order was shipped.
To qualify for a return, all items must remain in original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear.

We provide a free return shipping label.

The return label includes tracking and insurance for your safety.
If you choose to send the package using another method, you are fully responsible for the shipment until it is received by us.

We process all returns continuously within 7–14 days of arrival.

Refunds

• If you paid with Klarna (invoice or installments) and the invoice is not yet paid, the refund amount will be deducted from your remaining balance.

• If the invoice has already been paid, Klarna will refund the amount directly to you (typically within 7–14 days).
  We recommend contacting Klarna if your invoice due date is approaching to avoid late fees.

• If you paid by credit or debit card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same card used for payment (usually within 7–14 business days).

• Free from odors, stains, pet hair, or damage

Used or Damaged Goods

If an item is returned showing signs of use, we will assess the loss of value, and only the reduced amount will be refunded.

Products are considered used and not eligible for a full refund if:

• Original packaging or tags are missing

• There are scents, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
